![]() I didn’t think much of it I just thought it was a misunderstanding, you know. I turned the light on just to make sure and yes there was no one. I turned the light off because I was going to jump out and scare her but I realized that there was no one. The way she ran was a dead end spot so she’d have nowhere to run when I found her. It was really dark so I put my phone flashlight on. From the corner of my eye I saw one of the girls running so I headed towards that direction. covering my eyes “1.2.3…4” I counted up to number 15. I had to find all the girls so I stayed counting. Since it was during the time that it got dark early, it was pretty dark outside. After playing this game for about 10 minutes we went outside into a beautiful garden filled with red roses and white daisies and started playing hide and seek. We then asked her if she could open the door and well of course. How could she possibly kill me? This game couldn’t be real it was just stupid. Two pencils moved inward indicating that she was “maybe” going to kill me. Wendy then asked it “Are you going to kill Jessica”.Smiling. As we started playing we began to ask the same old cliche questions like “Is anybody there” “Can you make something move”.etc. If all four pencils moved outward it would mean no. If all four pencils moved inward it would mean yes. If two pencils from one of the sides moved inward it would mean maybe. This game was to basically talk to her so that the player would ask yes or no questions to find who her murderer was. This Sally girl had died by being murdered but the murderer was never caught. So we would basically be talking to a ghost named Sally. She explained the game to me and It was basically like the ouija board game minus the board and minus the variety of ghost you can talk to. I grabbed six colored pencils from the cabinet and broke them so that they wouldn’t be sharpened. “Well it’s pretty easy I’ll just need a volunteer and six colored pencils that are NOT sharpened”. “Alright what are the rules!” Veronica says smiling. “Oh! I have a game we can play!’ says Wendy. “So what do you girls have in mind?” says Veronica ( our instructor). I walk in and sit down at the table waiting for some of the other girls to get here so we can start the activities. I go up the stairs into the room that has a sign saying “Pre-Teen Girls”. As I’m walking into the tall black building I hear the other kids laughing and yelling from the outside. I j-walk the street since the building is on the opposite side from where I’m walking and there’s never usually a lot of cars driving past at this time. As I’m walking I’m just thinking to myself about all the homework I have to get done but then I say to myself “I never do it anyway”. I plug my earphones in and put the song Crust Bucket by the frights on blast. I grab my black jansport backpack and my faded denim hat on my way out. This afterschool program is right down the dead end street from where I live so I don’t worry too much about being late. I put my black ripped jeans on, my striped blue, red, and yellow polo, and my black and white checkered slip-on vans. I start getting ready, I brushed my teeth and threw some gum in my mouth. keep in mind that not all of this is true.Īs I was waking up from my nap I looked at the clock and saw that it was 5:30 pm I awoke at the right time since my pre-teen program starts at 6:00 pm. ![]()
